Over the past ten years, I’ve helped hundreds of women get stronger, feel proud of their bodies, and walk into the gym knowing exactly what they’re doing.

When I started my own fitness journey, I was obsessed with being smaller. At first, I thought it would make me a faster runner. I avoided the weights area completely and stuck to running as often as I could.
When I left competitive running, I swung the other way—I chased numbers in the weight room, counted every calorie and even stepped on stage for a bodybuilding competition.
So you can trust me when I say, I’ve done it all. I’ve made so many mistakes along the way. And I’ve learned what actually works if you want to be strong, capable, and confident in your body.
That’s what you will find inside my coaching programs. I want to teach you—how to train effectively, fuel your body properly, and build strength that gives you a strong sprint finish!

I have had such a positive experience on the program, the programs are a mix of fun new exercises I had never tried, and exercises I am comfortable with that make a good balance for a session that is challenging
I think the membership is good value for money and easy enough to follow, the workouts don't require too much equipment and there is alot of guidance on technique which I really appreciate.
It's been great! I love that the exercises are targeted for runners/ to complete while also running. I've liked it all! Good length sessions and 2-3 are achievable in the week whilst all doing other exercises. I've found the videos great as some exercises I wasn't exactly sure how to do them.
