My stamina has increased a lot which has flowed into other training areas - heavier weights and more resistance in Pilates, am pushing to take more complex layers.
It feels safe, it's not overwhelming or scary and feels like a really balanced range of exercises and movements.

I have had such a positive experience on the program, the programs are a mix of fun new exercises I had never tried, and exercises I am comfortable with that make a good balance for a session that is challenging
I think the membership is good value for money and easy enough to follow, the workouts don't require too much equipment and there is alot of guidance on technique which I really appreciate.
It's been great! I love that the exercises are targeted for runners/ to complete while also running. I've liked it all! Good length sessions and 2-3 are achievable in the week whilst all doing other exercises. I've found the videos great as some exercises I wasn't exactly sure how to do them.
